The quote tool

The quote form requests sex, age, health self-rating, smoking status, desired payout and duration. Data goes to a carrier quoting engine for rate calculations and is not retained here. Getting quotes requires no name, address, phone or email. Identical repeated searches pull from a brief cache to spare the quoting engine reruns.

Applying

Should you proceed, your entries populate a secure form on the carriers' platform under its own privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed broker (License 0B75129), manages applications.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone, preferred reply method, subject and message. It goes by email to the company; your address serves as the return path. The site stores no archive, records no submissions, and retains no message text. A temporary spam filter checks on your side before transmit.

Measurement

Site traffic is tracked with native, cookie-free counting on this domain. No cookies or stored IDs exist; your IP is truncated to hide the last octet before logging; originating URLs are stripped; raw logs purge every 90 days. DNT and Global Privacy Control requests skip measurement entirely.

What we do not do

Your data is not sold, shared, or tracked with ads. No outside analytics run here. The sole third-party code is the carriers' application interface on the apply page, loaded only if you visit.
